Minimum 1 year of experience in office assistant
Position Summary:
- Open to learn air & ocean transport business
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, Internet, Outlook
- English language – any other foreign language in plus will be a great advantage
- Customer care oriented
- Ability of working with short deadlines
- Analytical skills and result oriented
Responsabilities:
- Daily support for Air & Sea department with documents flow
- Receiving daily calls, correspondence, guest and assure all informations are received/sent in time to the person in charge
- Responsible for documents tracking & archive
